Rotary Watches are proud to partner with The Royal British Legion marking the centenary of the end of the First World War with a Limited Edition watch
The limited edition timepiece features special details to commemorate this centenary. The 11th hour and the 11th day are respectfully coloured red, there’s a poppy at 12 o’clock and a poppy on the crown. These subtle details honour all those who bravely sacrificed themselves to secure and protect our freedom. There are just 1,918 individually numbered models available, to signify the end of the First World War.
As a proud partner of the Thank You movement, Rotary Watches have inscribed the watches with a ‘Thank You’ message on the reverse of the watch and is individually numbered from 1 to 1918. From every sale of the Limited Edition watch, £12.50 + VAT will be donated to the Legion
“As we remember the Centenary of the end of the First World War, we’re incredibly excited to be partnering with iconic brand, Rotary. The wristwatch was one of many technical innovations that came out of the wartime period, so it is fitting that Rotary’s beautiful limited edition watch will both say Thank You to the First World War generation and raise funds to help today’s veterans and their families.” Ben France, Head of Corporate Partnerships at The Royal British Legion
“We are delighted to partner with the Royal British Legion and are confident our donations will support their insatiable work for the services community, I hope that this will be the start of a long partnership and we play some small part in a successful 2018 Thank You campaign” says Peter McKenna – CEO Rotary Watches.
